Project Rebuild is the name of the Noor Ul Islam reconstruction programme. We are building a new mosque and community centre in East London at a cost of £8 million.In order to raise this money supporters have been taking part in different events, including a trek up mount Snowdon and holding dinner events.

So far £4.5 million has been raised, leaving £3.5 million left.The new complex will replace four of Noor Ul Islam old buildings. This new facility will have prayer areas for men and women, two gyms, a cafe, classrooms, lecture/community halls, funeral services and library. Currently we need to raise £400,000 for the new roof. So far £300,000 has been raised. We need your help in raising another £100,000.

Noor Ul Islam has been around since 1990 and is known for its community cohesion work and services for the youth, women and elderly. The new building will allow improved and expanded services. The completion of the roof, followed by the brick and blockwork will ensure the new building is watertight. The will then pave the way for the internal work to start.
